Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Revlinkers LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or participating in our Stripe income brokerage program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Revlinkers operates as a managed brokerage service that connects Stripe account holders ("Partners") with verified, high-volume e-commerce businesses ("Merchants"). We facilitate the technical integration, provide risk management, and handle revenue share payouts.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be the legal owner or authorized representative of a business entity (e.g., UK LTD or US LLC) or a sole proprietorship.
  • Possess an active, verified Stripe account in good standing.
  • Pass our internal compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

3. Account Management & Access

By participating, you grant Revlinkers designated "Team Member" access to your Stripe account.You must never share your root administrator password. We operate exclusively through delegated permissions necessary to monitor volume, handle disputes, and calculate your revenue share. You retain ultimate ownership of your Stripe account at all times.

4. Revenue Share and Payouts

Partners earn up to a 10% revenue share on processing volume passing through their connected accounts. Payouts are calculated and disbursed weekly directly into the Partner's nominated bank account. We reserve the right to temporarily withhold payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity or excessive chargebacks until an investigation is concluded.

5. Prohibited Activities

While utilizing our services, you agree not to:

  • Connect our merchants to Stripe accounts that have previously been banned, restricted, or flagged for high risk.
  • Falsify business documents or personal identification during onboarding.
  • Attempt to bypass our platform software or directly solicit the Merchants we place on your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Revlinkers acts strictly as an intermediary and management layer. While we heavily vet all Merchants and monitor transactions to minimize risk, payment processing inherently involves the risk of chargebacks and account restrictions.

In no event shall Revlinkers LTD, its directors, or employees, be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of your Stripe account processing privileges.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. Revlinkers LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
